1. Is the overall image you want to project conveyed by your promotional piece? Are the personality and philosophy of your organization reflected? Do the tone and style of the piece fit the intended audience? Is your image up-to-date?

2. Is the nature of your business obvious frm the name, logo and/or tagline?
